Bullion Policy
 
Orders for Bullion products cannot be Cancelled or Returned for any reason. All Bullion and Bullion-related product prices fluctuate constantly and prices may go up or down after your purchase. Price adjustments are not made after your purchase commitment is locked-in regardless of subsequent price increases or decreases. Bullion coins, bars and rounds are mass-produced and are not manufactured to the same quality standards as collector coins. Bullion items are often shipped from the mint in bulk rolls, tubes or bags and even freshly minted items will have imperfections. In the event of a material defect in any bullion product, we may, at your request, provide you with an exchange for an identical product; however, we are not obligated to do so. You must contact our Customer Support within three (3) days of receipt of a bullion product to request an Exchange. If you want to request an Exchange, contact us to obtain an Exchange Authorization. If an Exchange is approved, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping and the risk of loss during the return shipment, unless it is determined that the product arrived not as described in the product listing. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. Please follow all instructions provided by Customer Support regarding your exchange, including carefully packaging the product for shipping. Liberty Coin reserves the right to reject any Exchange that does not comply with these requirements.
