How do I return an item?
- 100% Customer Satisfaction is our most important goal - all of our products are completely guaranteed. If you are not satisfied for any reason please contact us.
- Returns are not accepted for Bullion Products for any reason. Please refer to our Bullion Policy for further information.
- If you need to return an Item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization.
- All Returns must be initiated within 10 Days of Receipt
- All Credit Card order Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
- Items must be returned in their original package or certified holder. Coins removed from the certified holder cannot be returned.
