How do I return an item?

  • Returns are not accepted for Bullion Products for any reason. Please refer to our Bullion Policy for further information.
  • If you need to return an Item, please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization.
  • All Returns must be initiated within 10 Days of Receipt
  • All Credit Card order Returns are subject to a 5% restocking fee
  • Items must be returned in their original package or certified holder. Coins removed from the certified holder cannot be returned.
